What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
Amity Pallative Care has been a blessing for my mom, me and our family. I am so happy that I made the choice to call them. Miss Laway, my first contact with Amity, has been amazing. She has gone above and beyond to support us with services, care and whatever we needed. Susanne, the nurse practitioner, Keisha, the nurse, Henry and Chris the physical therapists, and the Social Worker have all done an amazing job. They are compassionate, kind and supportive. Hats off to all of you and the work you are doing to make Amity Pallative Care the great company it is!! Juanita Arnolie Daughter of Camille S. McKey
We are deeply grateful to the Amity Care Hospice team for their swift action and heartfelt care. Ramonda helped bring our mother home from a rehab facility very quickly, and our CNA Zina provided the compassionate end‑of‑life care we could not have managed without. The dignity, comfort, and kindness shown to our mother and our family meant more to us than words can express Though this is not a service anyone ever wants, we are profoundly thankful that it exists and for the compassion and support we received during such a difficult time.
Amity Hospice provided exceptional care during one of the most difficult times our family has ever faced. From the very beginning, the team was compassionate, responsive, and genuinely supportive—not just to our loved one, but to our entire family. The nurses were knowledgeable and kind, always taking the time to explain what was happening and what to expect. They treated our loved one with dignity and respect, and they treated us with patience and understanding. We never felt rushed or dismissed, and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. What stood out most was how personal the care felt. It never felt like “just a job” to them. They truly cared, and that made an enormous difference during an emotional and overwhelming time. We are deeply grateful to Amity Hospice and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing hospice care for their loved one.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
