I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ashley, NP, for the consultation she provided to my terminally ill relative. Ashley was professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain many of Capstone’s processes in detail, and she was very patient in answering all of our questions. Initially, my relative declined entering hospice care. However, three days later, they decided they were ready to join the program. Sondra, the hospice nurse, came to the house within hours to begin the enrollment process, and medications were quickly arranged and on their way. It is very comforting to know that this organization is here to help individuals and families during such a difficult transition. We sincerely appreciate the care and support you have provided.
