This was a horrible experience, I hope no one else has to go through. We chose this company because they were already at the hospital and my brother in law was ready for her to go home. The first nurse explained to us that she only had hours maybe 1 to 2 days, so they knew she was leaving us. The next night at about 11:45pm we called for a nurse. We called the nurse at 12:45am and told him she had taken her last breath. He finally arrived and pronounced her dead at 2:07am. We should not have had to wait that long for help. Then another 30-45 minutes for the funeral home. (Not there fault. ) So she laid in the living room having already pasted away for 2 hours. This was the worst experience I had ever been through. After talking to friends about hospice I was told it should not have happened. I hope everyone reads reviews before choosing. Definitely wish we would have.
The professionals working with my 100 year old Mom are outstanding. The entire team has been extremely helpful, not just for my Mom, but my wife and myself. We took Mom into our home for over 4 months. The team is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their support and recommendations made our undertaking and decisions less stressful.
