Willowbrook Hospice - Cartersville

My mom has been with Willowbrook hospice for a few weeks. We have had a complete sense of comfort and peace with my mom under the care of this agency. They really do go above and beyond for their clients and families. The entire team are rock stars with everything they do.

Tammy was a delight to work with. Very friendly and professional. She insured everything happened in a timely manner every step of the way, and also coordinated quite effectively with the rehab. I highly suggest working with this hospice provider!

I am going to give everybody fair warning before you get lied to. This pass January of 2026 Williowbrooks hospice is a freaking joke of some kind, and they talk a real good game, they do show up but, they don't perform the job they way they was hire to do. Before I hired this place I told them face to face that I don't play no games when it comes to my late queen my mama, and it was all games. I was referred by the nursing home which my late mother was living in for her care @ the time & the care that my mother suppose to have gotten from this hospice company that never happen the way I was told by their staff. My late mother was in pain before her passing January of 2026 I was told by the hospice nurse Mr. Alan RN who work for williowbrooks, that he was going to give my mother some morphine to relax her, but that never happen. I was told by the nursing home nurse that was on duty the same morning of my mother's deaf that my mother never got the morphine medication to relax her and to help with my mother's pain before she passed January 27, 2026 I don't see why the reviews online is showing a 4.7 but the reviews should be showing. 0 negative. I will never ever ref this circus of class clowns hospice company to none of my family & friends.
