About Family Hospice - Alpharetta
Family Hospice - Alpharetta is the Alpharetta office of Family Hospice. The office is at 3155 North Point Parkway, Suite E-200, and families can call (470) 552-9200. Care is brought to the patient, whether that is a private home or another place they already live, so there is no need to travel to the office for hospice care. A nurse coordinates the plan of care, and the rest of the team comes to the patient for hands-on help, comfort, and support for the family. Family Hospice has been caring for Georgia families since 2015. This office is the one to call for families in Fulton County and nearby communities north of Atlanta. The organization also offers palliative consults for people who need help with symptoms and are not yet in hospice.

What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
Family Hospice provided exceptional care for my mother, Mary L. King, during one of the most difficult times in our family's life. They were so much more than professional caregivers—they truly became part of our family. The compassion, kindness, and dignity they showed my mother were extraordinary. What made an even greater impact was the way they cared for our entire family. They consistently checked on our well-being, offered comfort when we needed it most, and went above and beyond in every way possible. They entered our lives during a heartbreaking time and somehow brought light, laughter, peace, and hope into our home. Their unwavering support made an immeasurable difference, and we will always be grateful for the love, comfort, and compassion they shared with us. A very special thank you to Terribian Dill for your outstanding leadership, to our incredible nurse, Kristie Freeman to our compassionate CNA, Michelle McKoy, and to Yasmeen Smith, who recommended Family Hospice and supported our family throughout this entire journey. Your professionalism, kindness, and genuine love for those you serve will never be forgotten. You made my mother's final journey one of comfort, dignity, and peace while giving our family strength, encouragement, and reassurance every step of the way. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Family Hospice, for treating my mother like family and reminding us that hospice care is about so much more than medicine—it's about compassion, humanity, and love. We will be forever grateful and will always remember the incredible difference you made in our lives. Thank you, Sharon Broughton and Family
There are no words to describe the Team of Family Hospice ...only stories of actions and the way they have made us feel during a most difficult time. Tommy Sommerville's warm, attentive and welcoming personality began our journey with Family. He coordinated the transition from hospital to home and scheduled and connected us with the excellent nurse team we would have. Gemma Brown, the hospice nurse, has been just that... A GEM! She's not only experienced and knowledgeable she is kind, sensitive, and heartfelt. She arrives as scheduled AND at a moment's notice. She brings cake for our father and mother's 61st wedding anniversary to ensure her patient and family celebrate the momentous date. (She left and came back with cake! truly an example of above and beyond.) She has comforted us in the nights and in the mornings. Tierra, the CNA of the team, has been a dream. She is caring, timely and personable. When there was one miscommunication from the family about the schedule, she respectfully and politely ensured she would arrive and our father would get the care he deserved. Family Hospice not only cares for the patient, they also look after the family. Every time Tierra, Gemma or Tommy visited and interacted with us, they ALWAYS asked how the family and specifically, the patient's wife was doing. It is great to see how intentional they are to ask how she is sleeping, eating, and feeling. Their concern for the caregiver is genuine and always appreciated. To add, the referral of Family Hospice came from Amanda Arnold who is the Community Engagement Coordinator. I have seen her in action at the assisted living facilities and she is real asset to Family Hospice! She represents your company well... as do every contact we have had with Family Hospice. In the darkest of times Family Hospice has been a light! Thank you! with love, The Family of Margaret and Gary Pecht
Family Hospice is so amazing! Their faculty and staff are extremely friendly and respond quickly to emails. Also, the experiences I gained from hospice volunteering have been extremely engaging and unique. Mrs. Rosta, the volunteer coordinator, is extremely kind and made the process of becoming a volunteer easier. She was also always available to answer any questions I had and even reached out to offer new opportunities at different senior living facilities.
